Our Loves
Acclaimed filmmaker Avi Nesher's powerful new feature film — an emotionally gripping story about the enduring strength of the human spirit and the transformative power of love in the face of horror. Set against a backdrop of violence, uncertainty, and unimaginable loss, the film follows an ensemble of interconnected characters whose lives are forever changed over the course of a single devastating day.
BEN-GURION PROJECT (UNTITLED)
The Ben-Gurion project, narrated by Julianna Margulies, follows the life and legacy of David Ben Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister and one of its founders. This insightful documentary follows Ben-Gurion from his childhood in Poland to his early years in pre WWI Palestine, his rise through Labor Zionism, and his pivotal role in the creation of the State of Israel.
The film covers the 1948 War of Independence and Ben-Gurion’s leadership through Israel’s formative years as hundreds of thousands of immigrants arrived from Europe and the Jewish communities of the Arab world. Rare archival material from Ben-Gurion University is featured alongside new footage shot in his hometown of Plonsk, his house in Tel Aviv, and his desert retreat in Kibbutz Sde Boker.
Lost Paradise
A journey of loss and rebirth
Premiere Date: 2026
Ever since the phenomenal success of Fiddler on the Roof, which introduced the shtetls of Eastern Europe and Sholem Aleichem’s unforgettable Tevye the Dairyman to the American imagination, few works for television or film have touched upon the Jewish world of Eastern Europe prior to its extermination in the Holocaust. This is the aspiration of Lost Paradise—to portray the rich Jewish world that thrived for centuries before the establishment of the State of Israel through a storyline that unfolds over three seasons: the first focused on the shtetl, the second on the Holocaust, and the third on the birth of Israel.
